Here at Integrity, we are pleased to announce the start of a new Residential Property Tax Division. Our expanded focus will make it possible for us to better meet the growing needs of existing and prospective customers. Now, in addition to reviewing industrial and commercial properties, we will be able to help clients realize further tax savings by reviewing their personal residences, as well.
You might say we've been headed down this path for a while, but our Residential Property Tax Division is finally a reality, and we couldn't be happier! To be honest, we have YOU to thank. As we've performed countless industrial and commercial tax reviews, many of our clients have been pleasantly surprised to discover just how much money we were able to help them save. Occasionally, this prompted business owners and other key leaders within a specific business to inquire about the possibility of doing similar reviews of their personal residences. Until now, Integrity provided residential services on a limited basis, usually only when a request was made or if we became aware of a specific need in the marketplace. Now, we are able to expand our services to better serve all of our clients' needs. We are the only full service tax consulting company in the region to offer a full spectrum of property tax consulting services.
"Many of our clients are pleased to discover that we can help them secure significant tax savings with both their residential and industrial/commercial properties," Integrity CEO Gregg DuCharme says. "Many clients initially come to us because they want to discuss a review of their commercial/industrial properties. After learning how much they can save, these clients often ask us to review their residential properties, too. We are so excited to be able to offer this service."
While our industrial and commercial property tax services will continue to be at the forefront of our day-to-day operations, we are looking forward to this opportunity to better meet the needs of our loyal client base.
Don't miss a deadline
Spend a little time in the world of property taxes, and you'll probably realize fairly quickly that there are always plenty of looming deadlines on the horizon. To make things even more complicated, those deadlines can change on a moment's notice! We know it can be tough to keep everything straight!
One of our goals here at Integrity is to make deadlines less daunting. We do our best to keep everyone aware of approaching tax deadlines, even when they seem to be somewhat of a moving target. Often, we use Twitter to send reminders and announce deadline changes. Stick with us, and we'll show you the way!
