Jan Stroud joins Integrity with 26 years of experience working in the Marion County government.  She worked over 21 of those years in the assessor’s office assessing agricultural, residential, commercial and industrial properties.  Jan was a founding member of Marion County’s Assessor Review Team responsible for keeping current with all new statutes and rules and she played an integral role in the selection process and implementation of the new property system in Marion County.
 
She has served as the Chief Deputy for the Decatur Township Assessor and as a Commercial/Industrial Valuation Specialist in the Marion County Assessor’s Office.  Jan has also been an instructor for the Indiana Assessor’s Association since 1995, covering many different aspects of the assessing process.
 
Jan has attained Level I Certification in 1994, Level II Certification in 1998, and is currently finishing IAAO classes needed for Level III.  She is a much welcomed member of our Integrity team!
